WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL!!

Hamtramck Recreation Department is now offering online registration for many of our programs and activities. We are also offering the option to pay by credit card both online and in person. 
 
If you do not wish to register online, or the program you want to register for does not offer online registration, you may also register in-person or over the phone. FRONT DESK (313) 892-2635 OR 2641
 
ONLINE REGISTRATION
If you are a first-time user of our online registration process, you will need to set up an account with us. To do so, please click here to create a parent account, then add other household members. After you have registered your household, you will be able to select programs you would like to register for. If you are having technical difficulties with the registration process, please feel free to contact Ms. Jackson during our open hours (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., M-F) at (313) 892-2638
 
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR USER NAME?
If you have forgotten your user name or password, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! Call us and we will retrieve this information for you. This will allow us and you to keep all of your payment and participation histories together.
 
All online registrations must be accompanied by payment (if there is a fee) or the transaction cannot not be completed.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund will be given if a program is cancelled by the department. You must collect your funds or use it as a credit within two weeks of being notified. 
  • Refunds may be issued up until the start of the second class day, minus a $5 processing  fee, which can be used as a credit to enroll in another program if used the day refund is given.
  • Refunds for field trips will only be given one (1) week prior to scheduled trip date minus a $5 processing  fee
    •   If trip date is on the weekend, refund can be requested no later than the Friday before the one (1) week mark 
  • Refunds will not be issued after the start of the second day of the any given program.
  • Refunds are not given if class is cancelled due to weather, school closings, or scheduling conflicts. The department will do its best to offer make-up
